On November 2nd, 2024, Adinda Bakrie Foundation organized a Talkshow, “Bicara Perempuan: Perempuan Bisa”. Invited 3 female speakers from 3 different professions. They are Shaffa Zahwa : Female Minegem Operator at PT. Freeport Indonesia, Vivi Hastuti : Female Firefighter at Fire and Rescue Department of Bogor City, and Rachel Eleeza Coloay : Female Pilot.
During the Talkshow, they shared their experiences according to their respective professions as woman who work in jobs that are not commonly done by woman. With a psychologist from Personal Growth, Reika Wardhani, M.Psi., Psikolog. We get many insights and can inspire women out there.
